Either as traditional Rum made from sugarcane molasses, or as Rhum Agricole from the juice of crushed sugarcane. As bulk white or unaged, golden or dark rums that have been aged in ex-bourbon or other casks for a few or many years. Note: In Australia, "rum" has to have been aged for at least two years in wooden barrels before you can market it as such. In many other markets, this age minimum does not exist.

🇧🇷 Bulk Cachaça
The basis of Brazil's best-known and most beloved cocktail, the caipirinha, our bulk cachaça is a rum-like and pot-distilled spirit made from fermented sugarcane juice. The sugarcane must have grown in Brazil, and while the vast majority is consumed fresh and unaged, a few premium producers age some of their cachaça in American or European oak barrels. For a delicious Caipirinha, squeeze a handful of large lime wedges into a tumbler, add a generous helping of cachaça, a spoonful or two of caster sugar (Or brown sugar, if you prefer more of a molasses taste) and fill up the glass with crushed ice. Stir, serve and let yourself be transported to the Copacabana!
