Unaged wine distillates / eau de vie de vins as well as cask-aged brandy, cognac, armagnac, calvados and other grape or wine-based spirits from France or other global origins. Sometimes even available from select grape varieties for premium buyers, or just budget-focussed for less specialised applications.

🇦🇺 Australian Brandy

Brandy distilled in Australia that has been aged in oak barrels for at least two years. Primary grape varieties used cabernet sauvignon and shiraz, we can request brandy made from a specific grape variety from select distillers.

🇫🇷 Cognac

Cognac starting from fresh eau-de-vie de vin via the minimum 3 year old aged variety all the way to much older iterations and finishes.

Brandy

Brandy from various origins including France starting from newmake = eau-de-vie de vin through 2-3 year old to much older iterations and custom finishes.
