Japanese Whisky
Japanese whisky follows the broad tradition of Scotch — malted barley, pot still distillation, oak cask maturation — but has developed a philosophy entirely its own. Japan's whisky category offers buyers a rich diversity of style, from delicate and floral new makes to richly matured single malt and blended whiskies. Shochu is Japan's most widely consumed distilled spirit, outselling sake domestically since 2003. Produced via koji fermentation from a great variety of ingredients, authentic single-distilled honkaku shochu is defined by its ingredient-forward character and remarkable range of flavour profiles. Multiple-distilled korui shochu offers a cleaner, more neutral profile suited to RTD and chu-hi production.
Driven by the global reach of K-pop, K-dramas, and Korean cuisine, soju is becoming a spirits phenomenon across Southeast Asia, Australia, the United States, and Europe. Diluted soju is clean, approachable and highly mixable, making it an ideal base for RTDs, flavoured products, and cocktail applications. Traditional distilled soju offers a more characterful alternative for premium positioning.
Australian Rum
Distilled primarily from Queensland sugarcane molasses from fresh-pressed cane juice in the agricole style, Australian rum ranges from clean, unaged high-ester cane spirits through to richly matured sipping rums finished in Australian wine barrels and native timber casks. For export supply, Spirit Spring can source across the full spectrum of styles; domestic minimum age requirements do not apply to product destined for overseas markets.
Australian brandy is distilled from locally grown wine grapes — principally Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon — and aged in oak for a minimum of two years. We are able to request grape-variety-specific brandy from select distillery partners, making this an excellent option for buyers seeking a distinctly Australian provenance story in a premium brandy or blending context.
Australian Agave Spirit
Distilled from Agave Australis grown in Australia's tropical north, Australian agave spirit is one of the most compelling new categories to emerge from the country's craft distilling movement. Zesty, expressive and genuinely distinctive, it offers buyers an original spirit narrative — one that stands apart from Mexican tequila while sharing many of its most appealing characteristics.
